Remove keys, tissues, cards and other personal belongings. Keep detachable accessories with you unless they also need care.
Set aside the special pieces
Separate delicates and garments with specific care instructions. Identify stains and tell the team about their cause and any home treatment.
Make a quick list
Note the items you hand over and check the recorded count with the collection team. Include access instructions in your pickup request.
