Your pickup and care agreement
Pinefresh Consumer Services Pvt. Ltd., operating from Imphal, Manipur, serves Imphal and Lilong in the published PIN codes. Pickup and delivery are free, with no minimum order value.
Availability and timing
Collections and deliveries operate Monday–Saturday, 9 am–4 pm, excluding general public holidays. Each pickup is confirmed by the store according to availability. Our standard turnaround target is 24 hours after inspection and approval. Three-hour express care is subject to inspection and workload; any charge and the final timing are agreed before processing.
Inspection, quotation and payment
Service suitability is assessed after inspection. The store provides a total quote, including any applicable express charge and taxes, for your approval before processing. Pay on delivery by cash or an online method confirmed by the store. Do not share card details, PINs or OTPs in a request or chat.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate contact and pickup details, empty garment pockets, identify items needing special attention and disclose known stains, repairs or previous damage. Keep your private tracking link secure.
